VIDEO or FORMAL WRITTEN RECIPE
Choose a recipe and write / or demonstrate (if doing a video) a formal recipe starting with the ingredients and quantités (if cutting vegetables, indicate shape and size, re. couper en dés - petites rondelles - fines lamelles, émincer, etc.). Then using, focusing on U. 6 vocabulary, explain how to prepare the dish. If writing, include a photos or photos (of the final project or the steps if you would like). Follow recipe format using the infinitive of verbs when writing steps / preparation.
Like in the recipe below, include 'le temps de préparation' and 'le temps de cuisson' (if applicable).
